We popped in the other day on the off chance they were still serving food, knowing we were close to end of service.
The landlord (and patrons) were absolutely fantastic, really accommodating, chatty and helpful. The food was lovely, very tasty, home cooked and very reasonably priced.
The pub was clean & welcoming, a great selection of ales, lagers and ciders on tap and a beautiful little garden. A proper pub!
My partner and I both work in hospitality and appreciate how hard the trade is, so to be welcomed as we were 4 minutes before the end of food service was very appreciated.
A fab little pub, we will definitely be back soon!
